غزل---ڈاکٹر انور علی انور

جنگ میں قائل رہا ہوں کب میں تیغ و تیر کا
اک زمانے سے رہا ہوں بر سر پیکار میں
برف باری کا یہ موسم درد کی تصویر ہے
میں نے اپنا دل جلایا ہے تمھارے واسطے
قتل کرکے وہ مجھے یاروں سے یہ کہتا رہا
میری چاہت کا محل مسمار ہوتا ہی رہا
جس نے میرا راستہ روکا ہے انور کیا کہوں

 

مانتا ہوں پھر بھی انور رول میں شمشیر کا
یہ قلم بھی اک حوالہ ہے میری توقیر کا
اور میں مارا ہوا ہوں درد کی تصویر کا
اور تم نے طوق پہنایا مجھے رہ گیر کا
کیا خطا میری ہے اس میں کھیل ہے تقدیر کا
آگرا سر پر میرے ملبہ میری تعمیر کا
اک سرا میں نے بھی تھاما ہے اسی زنجیر کا

Islamic World in the Global Scenario, Challenges and Strategy: A Study From the Seerat Nabawi’s Perspective

Islam is the perfect religion from every aspect and for every time which provides guidelines for all situations of human life. Islamic political system is one of these aspects which is based on the principles of Holy Quran and sayings of the prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and it supports such a civil structure which follows the directives and requirements mentioned in the afore said two main sources. In Islamic political system, the supreme authority is Almighty Allah and human being utilizes this right as His vicegerent. The present global political system and the strategy of Muslims invite the attention of the thinkers around the globe for effective international interaction between Islamic world and others. This shows that serious deliberations are direly needed to compete with the current challenges. In the present paper, the contemporary situation of global political system will be discussed in order to determine the development of western political system, suggest means to compete with the challenges of this age and to facilitate in devising a suitable strategy for it

Elastic Scattering at Current and Future Colliders

Measurements from ISR, SPS, Tevatron ineluding most recent measurements by E- 81 1 collaboration and future measurements from PP2PP at RH1C as well as from CMS, and TOTEM at LHC throws light on various aspects of elastic and diffractive scattering. We have analysed the world data for proton-proton and proton-antiproton scattering in the light of predictions of various models with special focus on Eikonal picture and QCD inspired models. Special emphasis has been given on the shrinkage of the diffraction peak and dip structure in the differential cross section besides encompassing other physical parameters. These parameters have been computed in the light of Generalized Chou-Yang model and compared with other models with special emphasis on the possibility of multiple dip structure at RH1C and LHC energies. Role of p, ration of the real and imaginary parts of the scattering amplitude, in the appearance or otherwise of multiple structure has also been considered. At the same time, presence of Odderon at high energy has been in question for quite some time. Wc have probed the Odderon description in theory and possibility of its search at the current and future colliders. The Odderon in perturbative and non-perturbative QCD has been discussed along with some phenomenological approaches. A comparison of the Odderon description with other models has also been made with the available data including measurements from cosmic ray. which corresponds to the LHC energy of 14 TeV and beyond. Our sludy also focuses on the measurements at RHTC and LHC and the presence or otherwise of Odderon, In the light of this analysis, suggestions for future measurements have been made.
