The Journal of Education and Educational Development is a double-blind peer reviewed journal designed as an outlet for research in Education and Educational Development. JoEED is committed to promoting the distribution of important scholarly work at all levels. The journal has a broad scope and publishes qualitative and quantitative research studies along with discussions, which helps readers and researchers to grasp the understanding of the new and old paradigms in education. In addition to submissions from faculty/researchers, students at the graduate and MPhil level, PhD scholars are also encouraged to submit their work, whether it is the product of coursework, a student thesis, an independent study, or a directed research project. Article Processing Charge: There is no submission fee but once the pre-reviewe feedback is given to the author, the processing fee of Rs. 10, 000/100$ must be paid within 10 days of pre-review feedback. Peer Review Policy: All research articles published in JoEED go through an initial editor screening followed by a rigorous double-blind peer review by two anonymous referees. Peer Review Process
This journal uses double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. To facilitate this, authors need to ensure that their manuscripts are prepared in a way that does not give away their identity. To help with this please include all authors and their affiliations in the journal management system and none in the original text.
All unpublished submissions for this journal undergo a plagiarism test and a strict editorial overview process, which includes double-blind review. This means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. The review is conducted by two reviewers: one national and one international. The author(s) who are interested in getting their work published in the journal are considered to have accepted the editorial policy.
Publication Frequency
Journal of Education and Educational Development was founded in 2014 and is published biannually: June and December.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
Archiving Policy
The journal follows the following archiving policies:
Concerning to papers that are rejected, the archiving policy is that articles remain stored with the journal's database as evidence for rejection. This is to allow the journal to generate statistical information for the purpose of maintaining integrity of the journal.
Concerning to unpublished articles, the journal archiving policy stipulates that all manuscripts are handled according to the framework and timeline of the editorial process. The manuscript remains stored in the database in all cases of acceptanc or rejection. However if response from the corresponding author is not received within the given time period by the editorial committee, in cases where a manuscript requires revision or the response to the letter of acceptance, the manuscript shall be archived in the database and will reqire resubmission for any future publication.
Concerning to archiving and record keeping of the published issues, the journal archiving policy dictates maintainance and upgradation of the database systems to ensure compatibility and accessibility with advancing technology.
Submission Fee
Journal of Education and Educational Development is instituting a fee which authors must hereforth pay for their submission. The research journal is recognized by HEC as a Y category journal and it is undergoing advancement to come at par with international standards of acceptability in research publications.
Ensuring that only quality research by authors is submitted and hence published, a processing fee has come into effect from January 2019. Publication fee for each article is to be paid once the manuscript has been pre-reviewed internally; however, the fee does not ensure publication of the article. Kindly note that the fee is non-refundable. The fee must be paid in favor of Institute of Business Management.
