Pakistan Study Centre University of Sindh Jamshoro is a teaching-cum-research institute and also publishes a Biannual Research Journal Grassroots on social Science aspects of Pakistan regularly and till date 51 issues have been published. The articles may be reviewed from the panel of peer reviewers (Overseas & National) and expensive suggestions have been received for academic journal. We have an Advisory Editorial Board in which overseas and national scholars and received their valuable suggestions from time to time. This journal places special emphasis on its reliability and validity of knowledge and its reputation for upholding principles of academic freedom. The journal provides a forum for researchers belonging to diverse fields of social sciences to exchange their ideas and share their research findings. Thus, the most satisfying aspect of generating new knowledge is the thought that we are publishing original work that other researchers will be able to draw upon for years to come.

Aims & Scope
The Grassroots research journal places special emphasis on original contributions of researchers to the disciplines of social sciences. The journal strives to promote historical and cultural knowledge about Pakistan and the world. It upholds the principles of academic freedom to create new knowledge and world class research. We also aim to leverage the network of social scientists and scholars in the wider field of social sciences. The perspective helps us to engage the researchers belonging to diverse disciplines in an academic debate and to promote multidisciplinary research.
