نواب عالی مرحوم
صاحبزادہ مرزا حاجی ضمیر الدین صاحب عالی مرحوم نواب علاء الدین خاں صاحب علائی کے چوتھے اورسب سے چھوٹے لڑکے تھے۔مرحوم میں وہ تمام خوبیاں موجود تھیں جواگلے بزرگوں میں ہوتی تھیں۔ وہ خاندان کے ایک ایسے فرد تھے جن کی موت نے خاندان پریہ واضح کردیا کہ اب اس کمی کوپورا کرنا بالکل ناممکن ہے۔
میرے رشتے کے ماموں تھے لیکن ان کی بزرگانہ شفقت ایسی تھی کہ حقیقی ماموؤں سے بڑھ کر تھی۔عربی فارسی کے متبحر عالم تھے نہ صرف عالم تھے بلکہ عالم باعمل۔ ان کے دل میں خدا کی تمام مخلوق کے دکھ سکھ کاپورا پورا خیال تھا۔ان کی موت سے بہت سی لاوارث عورتیں شکستہ دل ہوئیں اور بیکس یتیم بے سہارا رہ گئے۔ مرحوم کے حالات ذیل ان کے بھتیجے صاحبزادہ شمس الدین احمدخاں صاحب دیوان ریاست لوہارونے لکھ کر بھیجے ہیں جس کے لیے میں موصوف کی شکرگزار ہوں۔
آپ ۱۶؍دسمبر ۱۸۶۷ء کودہلی میں پیدا ہوئے۔ فخرالدولہ نواب علاء الدین احمدخاں بہادر فرمانروائے لوہارو کے پانچویں فرزند اورسب سے چھوٹے بیٹے تھے۔ آپ کے باپ نے پیدائش کے وقت اپنی بیاض میں یہ درج فرمالیا تھا: ’’ تولدپسرِکامگار ہوشیار مرزا ضمیر الدین احمدخاں طال عمرہ درساعتِ سُنبلہ از بطنِ شمس النسا بیگم۔
مرزا غالب کے تعلقِ خاص کی تقریب سے نواب علاء الدین احمدخاں علائی کو دنیا جانتی ہے۔ شمس النساء بیگم دخترِ نواب جلال الدین خاں نبیرۂ امیرالامراء نواب نجیب الدولہ رئیس نجیب آباد ہیں۔ مرزا ضمیرالدین احمدخاں کی تعلیم وتربیت زیرِ نگرانی والد بزرگوار ہوئی۔بعض استاد ایرانی تھے۔ مثلاً مرزا ابو طالب شیرازی ابن سید ہاشم نجفی۔ نوعمری میں گھوڑے کی سواری کاشوق ہوا۔ لوہارومیں جرنیل صاحب کے لقب سے مشہور ہوئے۔ گھوڑوں کی شناخت میں کمال رکھتے تھے۔اسلحہ کی شناخت میں خاص مہارت تھی۔خود گولی، بارود اور بندوق کی ٹوپیاں بنالیتے تھے۔ ریاست...
Sources of Quranic Narrates of Syda Mariam (AS): A Critical Analysis of Orientalistic Approach Origin of the Qur’ᾱnic narrates towards Mariam Virgin (AS) has broadly been under debate in orientalist studies. Orientalist, in general, have had the opinion that Qur’ᾱnic stories of virgin Mariam were not the divine revelation; these are plagiarized and utilized from Christian apocryphal sources and literature like Arabic Gospel of infancy and Protoevangelium of James. This research paper’s questions were that according to Orientalist: is it true that the sources of Qur’ᾱnic Stories of Mariam (AS) are plagiarized from apocryphal Christian literature and Quran has done mistake about name of Mariam (AS)'s father and brother. This research is historical and textual. In conclusion, if anyone who has sincerely studied dating apocryphal literature and its dating should be able to see that his sincerity negates taking data for making Qur'ᾱnic narrates towards virgin Mariam (AS) from Christian apocryphal impacts upon Qur'ᾱnic narrate and also this paper shows that Christian developed their apocryphal literature after revelation of Quran.
This study compared the inputs and outputs in public and private secondary
schools in Tehsil Kamoke. The private schools were selected from the schools meant for middle and lower middle income classes. The input factors included teacher?s
academic and professional qualification, student teacher ratio, teacher training, and
assessment of students, physical facilities, and administrative competency of HTs,
teachers? competencies, co-curricular activities and per student cost. The output for
the study was defined as the scores of students obtained in the matriculation
examination of the BISE Gujranwala. Study population comprises 47 government
high schools and 55 private secondary ( private schools meant for low and middle
income groups) affiliated with Board of intermediate and Secondary education
Gujranwala in Tehsil Kamoke. Fifteen schools were sampled from each sector for data
collection. The number of sampled HTs was 30 (15 from each sector) and number of
sampled teachers were 150 (75 from each sector).The data was collected from the
Head teachers and five teachers of each sampled school by using separate
questionnaires for the HTs and teachers. Other sources of data collection were Budget
2018-19 report (Khunshan, 2018), fee structure of private schools and result gazette
BISE Gujranwala 2018. Descriptive research method was adopted and t. test was
applied for data analysis. Study was concluded that private schools lead the public
schools in academic achievements of students, teacher training, appropriate student
teacher ratio, teaching competencies of teachers, assessment of students,
administrative competencies of head teachers, co-curricular activities and cost per
student. Public schools lead the private schools in having highly qualified teachers and
head teachers in academic and professional qualification. Public schools also lead the
private schools in some physical facilities like play grounds, science labs, computer
labs and class room ventilation. It was also found that private schools have higher
efficiency as compared to public schools.
