چالیس سال گزرنے کے بعد بھی یہ لفظ ہماری قومی تاریخ پر ایک زور دارطمانچہ ہیں ۔شاید تیس سے بھی کم لوگوں نے بھٹو کا جنازہ پڑھا ۔ضیاء کا جنازہ دس لاکھ افغانیوں نے پڑھا ۔جنازے اور ان کی تعداد مرنے والوں کی عظمت نہیں بیان کیا کرتے ۔رسول کریمؐ ،فاطمہؑ،حسینؑ،حسنؑ کے جنازوں میں کتنے لوگ شریک تھے ؟تاریخ کی کتابیں بھری پڑی ہیں ۔کس کی سوچ نے زمانے کو نئی زندگی دی اور کون حق پر تھا ؟

5جولائی 1977ء کا شب خون صرف جمہوریت پر ہی نہیں بلکہ انسانیت ،مذہبی آزاددی اور حقِ رائے پر شب خون تھا ۔شاہی قلعے کی سرنگوں میں آج بھی اس رقص کی یادیں موجود ہیں جو رزاق جھرنا نے موت کا پھندا گلے میں ڈالنے سے پہلے بیرک سے پھانسی گھا ٹ تک ایک پائوں پر ناچتے ہوئے کیا تھا ۔

ضیاء الحق کے سیاہ دور میں تشدد یا تختہ دار کے ذریعے شہید کییجانے والے چند شہدائے جمہوریت ۔

 

 

Effect of storage on PHYSIO-CHEMICAL EVALUATION OF PEANUT YOGURT Effect of storage on peanut yogurt

ABSTRACT: Peanuts may be consumed in a variety of processed forms like roasted, raw and processed etc. And represent as a multimillion dollar crop worldwide with many potential dietary benefits as it contains high protein and health effective oils. Objective: The present investigation was planned to evaluate thephysio-chemical properties of peanut milk yogurt by the addition of different concentration of peanut milk (0 %, 10 %, 20 % and 30 %), skimmed milk liquid (60 %, 70 %, 80 %, and 90 %), skimmed milk powder (9 %) and sugar (1 %). Methods: The physico-chemical tests (pH, acidity, moisture, ash, fat, protein, syneresis, and viscosity) were examined after every 5 days of interval for a period of 15 days at 4 ºC. Results: The results of physico-chemical analysis revealed that pH, ash, fat, protein and viscosity decrease during storage period where as acidity, moisture and rate of syneresis increased during storage. Treatment T1 (10 % peanut milk) was comparatively best for manufacturing of peanut milk yogurt followed by T2 (20 % peanut milk + 70 % skimmed milk liquid + 9 % skimmed milk powder + 1 % sugar) while peanut milk yogurt from (30 % peanut milk + 60 % skimmed milk liquid + 9 % skimmed milk powder + 1 % sugar) had the lowest degree of firmness. Conclusions: It was noticed that correlation among fat, total solids and protein contents in peanut milk affect the extent of serum separation and pH of yogurt. The storage had significant effects on all physico-chemical parameters. Treatments had significant effect on all physico-chemical parameters

Differences between Supervisors' and Subordinates' perception of Job Definition in Mobile Organization

Telecom sector of Pakistan has a rapid growth rate in last few years. One of the problems being faced by mobile organizations is high rate of employees’ turnover. This study analyzes the perception of supervisors and subordinates on job definition of mobile organizations with relationships to turnover intent. Supervisor perception about the subordinate’s job and subordinates perception about their job. In addition, factors which affect the relationship between two sides are also analyzed. One hundred and ninety supervisors and subordinate employees of major mobile organizations were surveyed. The measurement included perception of job definition, supervisors attributes on subordinates job performance, subordinates attributes towards their job and supervisors attitude towards subordinates job description. One hundred and sixty questionnaires were distributed to supervisors and their respective subordinates and one hundred and forty were returned back. Univarite analysis ANOVA was used to find the relationship of eleven hypotheses of the study. Multivariate analysis was also performed on relationship of JDPI and tangible and in tangible satisfaction with turnover intent. Statistical package SPSS 17.0 was used. The study and analysis discovered that there are perceptional differences between supervisors and their respective subordinates. 55% subordinates’ think that their relationship with supervisors are not friendly and they are overload at workplace. 69% supervisors think that subordinates take more time to perform different tasks and give more priority to trivial matters of the job. In addition more than 50% supervisors perceive that most of their subordinates are classic squeaky wheel that needs always greasing. Furthermore 64 % subordinates think that they can easily adjust in any other organization, this shows their belongingness to their organizations and it would be critical for the mobile organizations.
