مولانا محمد مبارک علی صاحب جن کی عمرچھیاسی برس کے قریب ہوگی حضرت شیخ الہند کے شاگردِ خاص اورآپ سے بیعت بھی تھے اورحضرت کی اسارتِ مالٹا کے بعد حضرت الاستاذ مولانا مفتی عزیز الرحمن صاحب ؒ سے تجدیدِ بیعت کرلی تھی اور حضرت مفتی صاحب کے خدام خاص میں شامل ہوکر حضرت موصوف ہی سے طریقہ نقشبندی میں اجازت بیعت و ارشاد حاصل کی۔ایک عرصہ تک ٹونک میں صدر مفتی رہے اورریشمی خطوط کی تحریک سے بھی تعلق خاص رہا۔ غالباً ۱۹۱۹ء میں مدراس (پرناہٹ) تشریف لے گئے تھے اورپھر بریلی کے قدیم مدرسہ مصباح العلوم میں صدارت درس کی خدمت انجام دی۔اب کم وبیش اڑتیس سال سے دارالعلوم دیوبند میں نائب مہتم کے عہدہ پرفائز تھے۔اہتمام و انتظام میں دسترس کے علاوہ کبھی کبھی حدیث کی کسی کتاب کادرس بھی دیتے تھے۔ تقویٰ وطہارت اوراخلاق وشمائل کے لحاظ سے سلف صالحین کانمونہ اورمثال تھے۔ صدحیف!دنیا اب ایسے حضرات سے خالی ہوتی جارہی ہے۔تغمد ھمااﷲ بمغفرتہ ورحمتہ ۔ [ستمبر۱۹۶۸ء]

Dilemmas of Crisis and Complex Choices in Kamila Shamsie's

The goal of this investigation is to discover how Kamila Shamsie's book "Home Fire" has been misinterpreted and used about the masculinity crisis for identity and existence. This study explains how the artificial masculinity imposed by society and culture on the male characters in the novel is forced onto them, only for self-satisfaction. The purpose of the study is to highlight the fact that different cultures, particularly the dominant diasporic culture, have distinct beliefs about masculinity and femininity in terms of identity and outright denial. The author supports this by pointing out how these masculinities also repress women. Erikson's work on identity, which is being examined under psychological views and the restraint of other creatures, has an impact on this study. By integrating self-categorization with presumptions about the nature of intergroup relationships, social categorization depersonalizes perception, cognition, effect, and behavior in terms of relevant in-group or outgroup prototypes and explains particular instances of group behavior. This project is done under qualitative data of research, however, in the conclusion; it is assessed how the Pakistani community is expressing its anxiety about masculinities

Diffusion of Organizational Innovation and the Growth of Smes: Case Study Evidence from Small and Medium Enterprises of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Pakistan.

This research is conducted to examine the diffusion of organizational innovation and its impact on the growth of Small and medium enterprises of Khyberpakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The study was conducted in the pharmaceutical sector in two clusters i.e. Peshawar and Nowshera of Khyberpakhtunkhwa.A case study research design was adopted for the study and data was collected from through semi-structure interviews. The interview protocol was developed by identifying the themes from the literature review. The protocol was modified slightly after the pilot study of two enterprises and some emergent themes were added to it. The interviews were administered with the different top level managers of each SME. The semi-structure interviews were conducted for primary data whereas the official websites/facebook pages of the firms and non-participant observations were used for secondary data. The research was successful as it established the relationship of diffusion of innovation and SMEs growth as well as put forth some suggestions for making the enterprises innovation friendly. This study also unearthed some barriers and environmental conditions which hinder the diffusion of innovation in SMEs.The study made some methodological contributions as it is the first of this kind in Pakistani perspective.This study offered implications for theory, policy and practice as well as offered some directions for future research.
